Fishing vessel has priority; right - power-driven vessel; shall keep out of the way for others.
Sailing vessel less than 20 metres in length.
Vessel engaged on pilotage duty, anchored.
Three vessels: left - on air cushion vessel; shall keep out of the way; right - power-driven vessel has priority.
Two vessels: left - sailing vessel; shall keep out of the way; right - not under command.
The term "vessel constrained by her draft" means a power-driven vessel which because of her draft in relation to the available depth and width of navigable water is severely restricted in her ability to deviate from the course she is following.
Trawler, 50 metres or more; ahead; shooting her nets.
Two vessels: left - restricted in her ability to manoeuvre; right - submarine vessel; shall keep out of the way.
At anchor and restricted in her ability to manoeuvre.
Tug & tow; astern > 200 metres in length.

Each vessels shall alter her course to starboard so that each pass on the port side of the other.

The term "vessel engaged in fishing" means any vessel fishing with nets, lines, trawls, or other fishing apparatus which restrict maneuverability, but does not include a vessel fishing with trolling lines or other fishing apparatus which do not restrict maneuverability.

The term "vessel restricted in her ability to maneuver" means a vessel which from the nature of her work is restricted in her ability to maneuver as required by these Rules and is therefore unable to keep out of the way of another vessel.
Fishing vessel other than a trawler; astern; or fishing vessel other than a trawler; nets extending more than 150 metres from the vessel.
Two vessels: left - "I am altering my course to starboard"; right - an air-cushion vessel; port side.
