How will ship operators have to provide passenger and crew information to the UK Border Agency in future?

A new system called e-Borders will require commercial carriers and owners and operators of all vessels scheduled to arrive in or depart from the UK to submit to the e-Borders system detailed passenger, service and crew data prior to their departure to and from the UK.
