(1) Oil filtering (15 ppm) equipment of a design approved by the flag State Administration; (2) an alarm arrangement to indicate when 15 ppm cannot be maintained; and (3) arrangements to ensure that any discharge of oily mixtures is automatically stopped when the oil content of the effluent exceeds 15 (MARPOL Annex I, reg. 14.2)
