In the MCA's 2002 SOLAS V Publication (properly called Safety of Navigation - Implementing SOLAS Chapter V, 2002). This contains the SOLAS requirements (in regulations V/19, V/21 and V/27) relating to the carriage of charts and nautical publications, and the MCA's guidance (in Annex 3).
