What surveys are required for the International Noxious Liquid Substances Certificate?

(2) a renewal survey at intervals not exceeding 5 years; (3) an intermediate survey within 3 months before or after either the 2nd or 3rd anniversary date of the certificate (replacing an annual survey); (4) an annual survey within 3 months before or after each anniversary date of the certificate: and (5) an additional survey, either general or partial according to the circumstances, after a repair resulting from investigations or whenever any important repairs or renewals are made.
