(1) A List of Crew who are Parties to the Crew Agreement (ALC 1(a));
and (2) a List of Crew who are Exempt from the requirement to sign a Crew Agreement (ALC 1(b)) (e. g. concessionaires, riding crew, shore-based technicians and other supernumeraries). A List of Young Persons employed on board (ALC 1(c)) must also be maintained.
