What are the obligations of employees under The Merchant Shipping (Entry into Dangerous Spaces) Regulations?

(1) Not to enter or be in a dangerous space except in accordance with the procedures laid down by the employer; (2) if on duty in a dangerous space, to take full account of the principles and guidance in the Code of Safe Working Practices for Merchant Seamen.
