What records must be made of musters, drills, training and on-board instruction?

The following must be recorded in a special page in the Official Log Book: the date on which any muster, drill or training session is held, the type of drill or training held, and the occasions on which any lifeboat, rescue boat or davit- launched liferaft is lowered or launched.
