What special training must be given to certain personnel in ro-ro passenger ships and other passenger ships?

Crew members whose emergency duties include the guidance of passengers, and the searching and closing down of passenger spaces must be trained and instructed in these duties, as explained in MGN 71 and MGN 95 (Training and Certification Guidance Part 5).
