Yes. Subject to any exceptions to the limits as agreed in an MCA-authorised collective agreement or workforce agreement, hours of rest may be divided into no more than two periods, one of which must be of at least 6 hours, and the interval between consecutive such rest periods may not exceed 14 hours.
