What are the "lesser" acts of misconduct under Paragraph 11 of the Merchant Navy Code of Conduct?

(2) minor acts of negligence, neglect of duty, disobedience and assault; (3) unsatisfactory work performance; (4) poor time keeping; (5) stopping work before the authorised time; (6) failure to report to work without satisfactory reason; (7) absence from the place of duty or from the ship without leave; (8) offensive or disorderly behaviour. Some companies add breaches related to special trading patterns, etc.
